When we opened in 2000 there were six rooms, one kitchen and a single principle: guests are not revenue figures, they are people we have welcomed into our home. Twenty-six years on we have eighty keys, four restaurants and a casino floor — and that principle has not shifted.
Hospitality can be done well or poorly. Over twenty-six years we chose one path and held to it. Every colleague — from reception to the kitchen team — was selected, trained and retained because they share the same sense of what excellence means. No building achieves that alone. It comes from the people inside it.
